Well i got side-tracked and never went to lunch. Cindy was kind enough to let me mooch some her Archer Farm (Target) trail mix. It ws pretty good. it had like raisins, pepitas (WTH is a pepita? Pumpkin seed. lol), soybeans (which were actually quite tasty), sunflower seeds, walnuts, cashews, etc.
I had about 3 palm fulls, so it was less than 40 carbs, and I don’t remember the cals. Wasn’t much though, maybe 300.
